Privacy notice

Version 1.0,

This notice explains what personal data Seni Solutions processes when you visit this website or email us: why, who else receives it, how long we keep it, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

Сени Солюшънс ЕООД (Seni Solutions EOOD), UIC 208575649, seat Sofia, management address Atanas Moskov 5, block 425, entrance 2, floor 3, apartment 15, Mladost 4, Mladost district, 1715 Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data described here ("we", "us").

For anything about your personal data, write to info@seni.solutions.

2. In short

  • This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other companies' servers.
  • If you email us, we use your message to answer you.
  • Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps technical records of the requests your browser makes to this website.
  • We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not take automated decisions about you.

3. When you email us

What we receive. Your email address; your name, if you give it; what you write and attach; the details in your signature, such as your company, job title and phone number; and the technical details every email carries, such as the date and time and the mail servers it passed through.

How it reaches us. The email link on this website opens the email program on your own device. Your own email provider sends the message, under its own terms, to our mailbox, which GoDaddy hosts for us. The website itself never sees or stores your message.

Who reads it. Messages to info@seni.solutions arrive in our mailbox at GoDaddy. Only the company's management has access to it.

We do not put the content of your emails into AI tools.

You do not have to email us; if you do not, we cannot answer you.

Please do not send us health data or other special categories of personal data, or confidential information, in a first email: ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted.

4. When you visit this website

What is recorded. Each time your browser asks this website for a page or file, our hosting provider, Netlify, records technical data about the request, such as your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the result of the request, the page you came from if your browser sends it, and the browser and operating system your browser reports.

Why, and on what legal basis. To deliver the website to you, keep it secure and available, and find and fix faults and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Without this data the website cannot be delivered to your browser.

What we can see, and what we do not do. Netlify's dashboard can show us the most recent of these records, including IP addresses, for a short period that Netlify sets. We use that view only to find faults and misuse. We do not download or copy the records, combine them with other information, or use them to identify visitors, to follow you across other websites or to build a profile of you. This website uses no analytics service.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set or read cookies, and it does not store or read anything else on your device, such as local storage, tracking pixels or fingerprints. It loads no fonts, scripts, images, videos or maps from other companies' servers, so visiting it sends your data to no one except our hosting provider. That is why there is no cookie banner. If we ever add something that needs your consent, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent before it is used.

Links to other websites take you there only if you click them; that website's own privacy terms then apply.

6. Who receives your data

These service providers process personal data on our behalf, as our processors, under their data processing terms with us:

  • Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA: hosting and delivery of this website, including the request records described in section 4.
  • GoDaddy.com, LLC, 100 S. Mill Ave, Suite 1600, Tempe, AZ 85281, USA: our email, including the mailboxes that receive your messages.

Each may use its own sub-processors, which it lists publicly.

We may also disclose personal data to public authorities or courts where the law requires it, and to our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed for the purposes above; they are bound to confidentiality.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Netlify and GoDaddy are based in the United States, and personal data may be processed there and in other countries where they or their sub-processors operate. Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and GoDaddy.com, LLC is covered by the certification of its group company GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC. For companies certified under that framework, the European Commission has decided that the United States ensures an adequate level of protection (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795). Where a transfer is not covered by the framework, Netlify's data processing terms provide the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914). You can check the certifications at www.dataprivacyframework.gov, and you can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.

8. How long we keep your data

  • Emails that do not lead to a contract: deleted no later than 12 months after the last message in the conversation.
  • Emails that lead to a contract: kept with the contract records while the contract lasts and afterwards until claims under it are time-barred, normally five years after it ends. Records that accounting and tax law require are kept for the periods those laws set.
  • Request records (section 4): kept by Netlify only as long as it needs them to deliver and secure the website; we have not found a fixed period published by Netlify. The view in Netlify's dashboard covers only the most recent records, for a short period that Netlify sets. We keep no copies.
  • Records of requests to use your rights (section 9): the date, the type of request, the email address it came from and how we answered, kept for five years after we answer, then deleted.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict how we use it;
  • object, at any time, to our use of your data based on our legitimate interests; we then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • receive the data you gave us in a portable format, where we use it to take steps before a contract or to perform one.

To use any of these rights, write to info@seni.solutions. We answer within one month. If a request is complex or we receive many, we may take up to two more months, and we will tell you why within the first month. We may ask for information to confirm who you are.

We keep no copies of the request records described in section 4, and we cannot link them to you by name. If your request concerns them, tell us the IP address you used and the date and time of your visit: we will check what Netlify's dashboard still shows and pass your request to Netlify where needed.

10. Complaints

You can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, Bulgaria, www.cpdp.bg, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live, where you work or where you think the infringement took place. You do not have to contact us first, but we would welcome the chance to put things right.

11. Changes to this notice

When the way we process personal data changes, we update this notice before the change takes effect and give it a new version date.
