AI integration

AI integration, tested on your own data before you commit

We add AI to the software, documents and workflows you already have, and measure it against real examples from your business.

What we build

Built into the systems you already use, with a person approving what matters.

Answers from your own documents

Search and answers over your manuals, policies, product data or past tickets.

  • Each answer shows the passages it is based on
  • Designed to say when your documents lack the answer
  • Retrieves only what the person asking may see

Document and email processing

Invoices, orders, forms, contracts and emails read, classified and entered as data in your ERP, CRM or database.

  • Unsure cases go to a person, not guessed
  • A log of every AI step
  • Quality measured on your own examples
  • AI features in your software

Summaries, drafting, classification, data extraction or plain-language search in your application.

  • Workflows with approval steps

AI prepares the action; a person approves before anything leaves your company or changes a record.

  • Evaluation and cost control

Tests on your own examples, limits on what the system may see and do, and monitoring of spend.

  • Provider independence

Changing provider or model means re-running the tests, not rebuilding the system.

Where AI helps, and where it does not

AI is good at reading, sorting and drafting text, not at being exactly right every time.

Good candidates

  • Emails, PDFs and forms that someone re-types
  • Questions answered from a known set of documents
  • Drafts a person reviews before they are used

Usually better without AI

  • Calculations and rules that must be exact every time
  • Legal or financial decisions on people without human review
  • Processes with too few cases to justify the cost

How an AI integration project runs

Three stages. You can stop after any stage and keep what has been delivered and paid for.

  1. Discovery

A fixed-scope look at one process: where AI helps, and where it does not, in writing.

  2. Pilot

A working version on your data, measured on an evaluation set agreed with you in advance.

  3. Production

Integrated with your systems, with a log of every AI step, spending limits and alerts.

More on how we work

How your data is handled

We design with the GDPR and EU AI Act in mind. Whether your system meets the law is for your legal advisers to confirm.

  • Before we build, we list the data, the AI provider, the region and the provider's terms.
  • We use only provider terms under which your data is not used to train the provider's models.
  • The model receives only the data the task needs.
  • When we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
